Calling all artists and designers – we invite you to submit an expression of interest to be considered for two upcoming public art projects in Griffith Street, Coolangatta.
Open to artists living on the Gold Coast or those with a significant connection to the region.

OPPORTUNITY 1: Design and fabricate three (3) to four (4) new sculptural artworks
OPPORTUNITY 2: Deliver six (6) to seven (7) new shade structures

PROJECT SCOPE
Please carefully read through the respective artist briefs before submitting your expression of interest.
Six artists will be shortlisted by the Project Curator from Expression of Interest submissions for the Shade Structures and Sculptures, to be assessed by the City of Gold Coast Public Art Advisory Group and the Project Curator.
From this shortlist, three artists will be selected per project to develop one concept design each.
