Paul brings to Art-Work Agency 25 years of experience working for some of the world’s leading lifestyle brands in business development, marketing, sales and distribution.
Prior to founding Art-Work, Paul was engaged as General Manager with Billabong International and managed a portfolio of emerging brands including Von Zipper, Element, Nixon, Kustom and Honolua. Paul steered the successful integration and profitable growth of these new brands in Australia and New Zealand.
His further experience includes guiding the relaunch of the USA-based MCD surfwear brand in Australia; building MCD’s reputation to be the #1 board short brand of the time, with its innovative product styling and advertising campaigns.
Paul also has a distinguished career in the snow sport industry including roles as resort manager of Thredbo, Australia’s leading Alpine resort, representing Australia at the World Congress of Ski Instructors and co-authoring the Australian Manual of Ski Instruction.
With a focus on continual improvement and a reputation of never settling for second best, Paul aims to help businesses reach their full potential.
