Debbie’s depth of experience across a variety of people-focused roles, from working in customer experience in the aviation industry, counselling/coaching, personal styling, and sales has lead her to become a valued member of the Art-Work Agency team.

Debbie’s strengths are in building positive connections and supporting clients through complex business-to-business sales relationships ensuring premium customer experiences. She is a highly experienced communicator who cares and connects to build relationships in a supportive environment. Debbie instinctively grasps the essence of AW client visions. 

With over 8 years of delivering custom luxury wedding venue sales and promoting premium experience packages, Debbie is a professional collaborator and project manager, having sold over 220 weddings annually. In the wedding industry, the cornerstone of success is building a trusting relationship and responding promptly and professionally to queries from couples as they embark on the journey of planning their special day.

Communication was essential in Debbie’s time as a crisis counsellor, disability worker, personal development coach and stylist, becoming a source of creative energy rather than just a professional tool. Deb truly understands the importance of listening!
