101 Moray is set to be Melbourne’s most sought-after health and wellness business destination. This innovative development incorporates seven levels of office and retail space with high-end business and lifestyle facilities throughout. Air purification, spatial design, and the wellbeing of all tenants were at the forefront of the planning and design strategy.
101 Moray is proudly owned and developed by Deague Group. Leaders in the property industry for over 160 years, Deague Group have a proud family history that have secured their position in the Australian property market with numerous residential, commercial and hotel developments in Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane.
Deague Group sought an urban art activation for 101 Moray Street. Responding to key natural and built elements of Melbourne City, Claudio Kirac designed a contemporary pattern artwork to be sandblasted into prominent concrete surfaces. Finished with a sophisticated lighting concept, the artwork assists in adding a sense of place, drawing attention to the building details, and creating an engaged tenant experience.
